It’s all about you!  With the complete attention of an instructor, your progress will be that much faster than in a group setting. All of the apparatus will be used to design a program suited to your individual needs. Anyone requiring a rehabilitative approach to exercise is encouraged to start with a private session.

SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS

Team up for tandem movement! Whether it's with a relative, friend, or spouse, our duet sessions deliver personalized instruction tailored to your unique movement goals. Experience the full range of equipment and mat work, all with the same high-quality guidance as our private sessions.

CLASSES

Our group classes are small and intimate, with only four reformers and towers, ensuring each participant receives individualized attention from our instructors. We currently offer group reformer, tower, mat and pre-natal classes.

  • Evolving from Joseph Pilates, the Pilates Method is an innovative system of exercise designed to transform the way your body functions in everyday activities. Pilates builds strength, core stability, balance, flexibility, proprioception, and mental focus. Part of what sets Pilates apart from other types of workouts is the focus on the quality of movement over quantity of movement.

  • Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. Bring grip socks or go barefoot. No outside shoes are permitted. Water bottle is recommended. We provide towels.

  • 55 minutes

  • If you need to cancel your private session or semi-private session, please give us at least 24 hours notice or payment will be due in full. Equipment and mat classes require 2 hour notice or payment will be due in full.

  • 55-minutes of varied methods that move you. Engage with fellow movers in a positive, energetic setting designed to challenge and uplift.

  • Yes! Please notify your instructor of any pain or injuries before class begins so we can help you modify appropriately.
